The services may not be used to prepare tax returns, schedules or forms on a professional basis (i.e., for a preparer's or other fee for tax preparation services). Notwithstanding anything in this Terms and Conditions, MBOSoft Inc. has no responsibility or liability for damages or claims relating to any use of the Services on a professional basis. MBOTax Online is for you and your family member's private, non-commercial use only. You are specifically prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works, transferring or selling any information or services contained here. Limited Warranty for Registered Users You are responsible to report all tax situations of you and your family members who need to prepare a return using the software, include but not limited to: income, expense, deductions or previous years deductions(if applied, for example, capital gain deductions). You are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the data; If someone is claimed as a dependant or spouse by you or by your family member in the MBOTax-generated return but whose return is not generated by the software, his/her net income must be reported correctly. MBOTax warrant the calculation based on the data you enter is correct.
